End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Wyoming County Self Storage, including its software products StorageProfessional, Storage Contract Professional, and Storage Payment Professional (“Software”).

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Wyoming County Self Storage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for lawful purposes in connection with managing rentals, contracts, reservations, and payments.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Software for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Circumvent security or access controls

3. Data Usage & Integration

The Software integrates with Intuit QuickBooks for accounting and payment processing. By using the Software, you authorize us to exchange necessary data (customers, invoices, payments, contracts) with Intuit in order to perform services.

4. Payment Processing

Payment features are provided through Intuit QuickBooks Payments. Wyoming County Self Storage does not store or process your card or bank information directly.

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Wyoming County Self Storage is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.

7. Changes

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
